Game of Even Wins

This is a game between you and Alexa. To play, an odd
number of chips are generated. Alexa and you swap turns taking between one and four
chips each turn. The game ends when there are no chips left,
and the winner is the player who has an even number of chips. The computers play will improve as you continue to play.
