My name is Drew and I’m a fitness guru and my website, www.fit2fat2fit.com, is about my journey of going from FIT, 2 FAT (on purpose) in 6 months, and inspiring 1,000's of people worldwide to join me on the journey back 2 FIT. I wanted to have a better understanding of what it was like to be overweight, since I never had to struggle with it and I wanted to inspire people to live healthier lifestyles through this journey. Everyone can follow my progress every step of the way and hopefully make small, but important changes in their everyday lifestyles as there are free meal plans, grocery lists, recipes, and workouts for free on my website. My hope is that we all can get rid of the Diet mentality and embrace the true lifestyle change needed to become medically healthy and get fit and stay fit!
