Fake History

You've heard of fake news; but what about fake history? Try to sort through fake history accounts to find the real story. In this game, you'll first hear Alexa tell about a specific event, place, or person in history. Then you'll have two chances to pick one history book out of three that completes the story with what really happened. But be careful! The fake history books can be very convincing. Before the game is over, you'll have a chance to answer two fun trivia questions about the same historical topic. The game might whet your appetite to learn more about the exciting world of history.

Here are tips for playing the game. Listen closely as Alexa explains the historical topic. Alexa isn't human, so she talks funny. But she tries really hard, so don't make fun of her! You can ask her to repeat the story if she goes too fast the first time around. You only have two chances to find the history book that finishes off the story with what really happened. After each pick, Alexa will ask you if you think the book contains the real story. Answer with yes or no. Here's the challenge: you have to make your decisions before you get a chance to hear the contents of all three books. But you always get at least two chances. Good luck!
