I am passionate about play. I love to play and move through acro, dance, yoga, and a fusion of those forms.

My practices involves exploration and movement research with partners, as well as solo exploration.

I share play through teaching, practicing, performing and developing patterns of movement. I am currently based in San Francisco, CA and travel wherever play leads me.

I teach at Aerial Artique in downtown San Francisco Thursday nights at 6:15pm All-Levels Acro Yoga and 7:30 Intermediate-Advanced Acro Yoga. All are welcome as content builds progressively throughout the night to challenge every skill level. Come play!
