1.What payment methods are accepted? We accept cash upon delivery for the time being.

2.How long will the delivery take? Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days, depending on the work loads. However, if you are in a real hurry place your delivery as express delivery. This will be within 24 hours with extra charge. (Please check delivery charges).

4.What is your return policy? Refund and exchange are only offered if you receive a wrong model other than the one you have ordered or one that has a defect. Please call or message us at …………………………within 48 hours of receipt of your order. ELLA will either replace your order or provide FULL REFUND. If you don’t notify us within 48 hours of receipt of order, ELLA will not be able to replace or refund your order.

5.What happens after placing my order? You will receive a confirmation email with an invoice. ELLA team will also be calling you to review the order before sending. Our courier then will contact you to arrange delivery. Please make sure to write your email and phone correctly when placing the order.

6.How to wash the items I have purchased from ELLA? This will differ depending on the material. We recommend Dry Clean or gentle Hand wash. If by hand: make sure you use cool water and a mild detergent and don’t scrub.
