Using your Dutch oven size and a desired cooking temperature find out the recommended number of coal and placement of those coals in order to maintain your desired cooking temperature. Standard Dutch oven sizes 8 inches - 14 inches and cooking ranges 325-450 degrees (25 degree increments) are supported.
