الهدف من إنشاء أكاديمية دهب للتدريب الاعلامي والفنون هو تحقيق نقلة نوعية في مجالي الاعلام والفنون قوامها الجودة والمهنية، والعمل على خلق أجيال جديده مؤهلة ومتمرسة على التميز في الأداء من خلال التركيز على الوعي، الشرف الاعلامي، الدقة في التفاصيل، الذوق، حسن الاختيار واكتساب الخبرة. تهتم الاكاديمية بتقديم دورات تدريبية في مجال الصحافة , التليفزيون , التمثيل , الغناء , السيناريو, الموسيقى التصويرية والتوزيع الموسيقي، و تصميم الماسكات على يد مدربين على اعلى مستوى من الاحتراف والخبرة كل في مجاله.

كما تضم الاكاديمية مجموعة من الخبراء في التليفزيون والاذاعة سمير صبرى، معتز الدمرداش، إيناس جوهر، سناء منصور وتامر امين . الغناء على أيدي المطرب الكبير الفنان محمد الحلو.
