Have your Echo in your kitchen? Need to look up information on the fly? This is a helpful skill for quick reference to the safe cooking temperatures for various meats, converting common cooking units and quick reference to wine and beer pairings for meats. Meats include pork, beef, chicken, lamb, turkey and a few fishes. Units include cup, ounce, pint, quart, gallon, teaspoon and tablespoon.

Pork, beef and lamb all include information on various temperatures for rare, medium-rare etc.
