Selina works with Creative and Service based Business Owners and Entrepreneurs to achieve more clarity, ease, productivity and profitability.

She has run her own business for the past 5 years and has been in Operations and Senior Management within Youth work and Education.

Selina has over 10 years experience in Careers Guidance, Customer Service, Hospitality and Welfare to Work, and has been in Leadership and Senior roles within Charities, Voluntary, Community groups and in Governance, including 8 years as a School Governor and Trustee.

Selina has also Trained, Coached and Mentored Senior Leaders and CEO’s in Leadership and Development.

During this time Selina has seen and experienced how having a lack of clarity, being overworked and not having the space or time to create the right strategies or systems can have a detrimental effect on productivity, performance and success.

Selina now works privately with Business Owners and Organisations to become more focused, think bigger and more strategically, so that they fulfill their potential and achieve their bigger mission.

Selina is passionate about encouraging people to utilise their innate gifts and genius.
