MEET THE DESIGNER

From Fallen...

My love for fashion began when I was a young girl watching (and interrupting) my mum sewing clothes. As soon as I could I enrolled in fashion school and began working in the industry. I value quality and what I found challenging about the industry was the mentality of disposable fashion. Torn between my job and my beliefs I left fashion to pursue my passion for travel and being outdoors. It was while exploring the Great Barrier Reef with my microfibre towel that I thought “everyone could use one of these” and that I could design it better.

Every aspect of the design has been considered – I sourced high quality fabric made from recycled materials and eco-friendly dyes. The innovative fabric is soft, lightweight, super absorbent, fast drying and antibacterial. The towels are packed in reusable bags and where possible we eliminate plastic and paper from the product lifecycle. Furthermore we support ethical fashion by sourcing from companies that provide fair work wages and a safe work environment. I truly believe these small positive actions can lead to big positive changes. Together we can make a difference.

The name Brazen Adventurer captures the essence of the brand. When I think about our greater vision and what we stand for, it’s to inspire bold, adventurous living and make journeying through life easier. We all need well-designed products that have less impact on the environment and help improve quality of life for everyone. My wish is that we can share this journey together.
