A form of Seminar/Workshop for marketing students which is intended to develop and most importantly on how to handle their “Personal Brands” effectively by providing them a one-day seminar consisting of informative talk from the speakers which are all essential in making them as strong individuals and stand out in the corporate world.

OBJECTIVES

  • To provide a comprehensive understanding of branding and how it affects oneself and the company as a whole.

  • The seminar will include a combination of lecture and discussions about effective communication skills as well as the necessity of audience, to whom are you speaking and how can you best adapt your style to suit their needs.

  • Introduce students to different techniques in Brand building with the hope that some of those who leave may be inspired to create their own in the future.

    There are two major topics to be discussed in this seminar;

  1. Building and Creating Personal Brands

    On this topic, marketing students will get the opportunity to learn on how to develop personal brands. This topic will also give knowledge on how to distinguish their personal from their professional brands and how they will position their brand so it will reflect who they are.

  2. Promoting Personal Brands and Application in Business

    This topic will give marketing students knowledge on how they will promote their Personal Branding and become the brands others talk about, and does Personal Branding really help businesses.
