The History Blinkharm ltd was established in 2012 originally as a contract hire provider with a truck hire business founded in 2009. During the years fleet management services were then added to the product portfolio. In January 2014 blinkharm Auto services was formed following the merger of blinkharm fleet management and blinkharm trucking service. Then other services were also included.

The BAS System Detailed interactive management reporting is available for BAS own systems and its strategic partners via BFMS and BMMS. This provides our Clients with excellent services to assist them in the running of their fleet, cars and drivers with the ability to compare and order vehicles, progress orders and book routine services.
