Beautycounter was created in 2013 by a driven woman, Gregg Renfrew, who was sick and tired of having toxins in her skin care. We are too concerned with things going into our mouth or our lungs to realize that 60% of anything applied to the skin is absorbed. In Europe, there are 1,300+ chemicals BANNED from ALL personal and skin care products. In the US there are only 11. At Beautycounter, we will never use any of those 1,300+ ingredients and our list is growing everyday. There is a place for you here at Beautycounter.
