We primarily deal with positions from line management-to-top executive level in our focus practices. However we may also take on other specialized positions for our core clients where direct search is the most effective method of search.

Apollo Advisory owns a unique pool of professionals comprising of high achievers at both mid- and top levels. We keep close relationship with these professionals and regularly consult with them on their personal development.

As for the method of search we use the combination of i) direct search, ii) our own, up-to-date candidate pools in a particular practice field and iii) network of professionals. In case a particular search/client requires it, on-line advertisement may be also used. We work both on retained and non-retained basis depending on a particular assignment.
