Apartment Ocean Bot is a real-estate chatbot powered by artificial intelligence. Once you have the chatbot open, it’s like having your own personal rental assistant at your disposal. It is programmed to ask and answer questions and to match you up to the perfect property based on your responses. The chatbot begins the process by asking you some questions related to what you want out of your apartment. You will start with some basics, such as how many bedrooms and bathrooms you want and how much you are willing to spend. This helps the chatbot narrow down the list of available apartments right out of the gate. The chatbot takes all of your answers and runs them against the matching engine in order to find a property it thinks you will like. Then, it shows you an apartment based on your responses.
