Involvement and observation in Education have rendered the founders an opportunity to undergo and study problems related to manpower. After analyzing the recurring problematic circumstances commonly related to teaching system in the schools and lack of attention towards the students and curriculum of different boards.It was noticed that on one hand the schools have turned into business-houses and are less interested in productivity in general, to cope up with the competitive market environment and on the other hand, the students are not pre-conditioned to suit the requirements of examination system may it be of any type.

This clearly indicates that to enhance the productivity in general, pre-conditioning and equipping of candidates for the concerned work environment is absolutely essential.
