What is authentic Absinthe?

The herbal elixir Absinthe was invented in 1789 by the doctor Mr. Pierre Ordinaire. It was prohibited in the early 20th century (approx. 1910-20). Now, almost 100 years later, authentic Absinthe can be enjoyed once again, thanks to legislative changes.
